You will receive an email when your order is confirmed, when your order is shipped, and upon delivery. If you have a ADSoundTech account, you can check your order status at any time. Simply log into your account and click "Order History" or in the "Track Your Order" tab.

We offer free standard shipping. Also offer complimentary shipping via FedEx Ground in the US on all orders of $39 or more and complimentary ground shipping in Canada on orders of $150 or more.

Some deliveries may arrive later than expected due to carrier delays. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders or shipping fees after an order has been processed.

We will email you the tracking information for your shipment once your order leaves our warehouse and again upon delivery.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe.

All products purchased from our website may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping costs, no questions asked. International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees. To initiate such a return please contact us at glyshenko1985@gmail.com
